On the morning of April 14th 1999 at about 9a.m., the FBI, ATF, and Kentucky State Police, a combined force of over 100, raided the home of Mr. Ron Edwards/Imperial Wizard of the Imperial Klans of America. The raid took almost 6 hours at the home of Ron Edwards, and almost the same at the Imperial Knighthawk's home in Dawson Springs, Kentucky. They also went to the homes of a member in Ohio County, Kentucky and our Kludd's home in Sturgis, Kentucky.

The warrants that were served were meant to seek and confiscate black powder, C-4, TNT, hammers, nails, staples, tools, fingernail clippers, etc. - in short, we believe anything that could be used to help make any homemade type of explosives. The warrants also covered confiscation of membership applications, flyers, computer disks, and hard drive, which may contain members names and address as well as any contacts that the IKA may have.

This we believe VIOLATED the PRIVACY RIGHTS of the Subscribers to the IKA Newsletter, who are not members, and others who have just written in for information packets. The IKA is a totally legal, law abiding organization. There are NO present members who have ever been connected or charged with breaking any laws! The IKA Policy is to forbid such and never to conspire to break the law, and punishment is Klan Banishment!

This raid and Grand Jury investigation is nothing more than HARASSMENT of a Pro-Christian, Pro-White Fraternal Organization.

We, the IKA, smell a "SET UP" in the making! We will not let th Federal Government term us "HOME GROWN TERRORISTS".

Ron Edwards/Imperial Wizard of the Imperial Klans of America (IKA) as well as 5 members of their family and one person who didn't even really know them that well, had to appear before the Grand Jury April 20th, 1999 at 9:30 am. We, the Imperial Klans of America, showed the Grand Jury that this was nothing more than a "WITCH HUNT" that our so-called Government has imposed!

We believe also that this campaign of harassment was intended to disrupt the IKA's hosting of an upcoming "WHITE UNITY GATHERING" planned to be held April 24th, 1999 in the state of Kentucky.

The Gathering went on in UNITY anyway, and was a great kinsmenship with all our Aryan Brothers and Sisters who showed up in SUPPORT! The Cross and Swastika Lightings were BEAUTIFUL. We are not going to stop working for the future of our Faith, Folk, Klan and a true Aryan Nation upon the EARTH.
As we have said on the steps of the Federal Court House: "Let the federal government be PUT ON NOTICE that we, the IKA, and our guest organizations will NOT be INTIMIDATED into canceling our unity gathering and we did not.

The Bill of Rights that our forefathers wrote and died for GUARANTEED us the RIGHT to peacefully assemble, the RIGHT to free speech and the RIGHT to take part in our RELIGIOUS CEREMONY of a KLAN CROSS LIGHTING.

There must be a STOP put to the constant SURVEILLANCE of our meetings and gatherings. There must be a STOP put to the tactics of tailing our members, supports, family and just friends! Also there must be a STOP put to the copying down of auto's license plates numbers, plus the photo cataloging that they are also doing!

WE ALSO DEMAND RESPECT OF OUR RIGHTS AS LAW ABIDING AMERICANS!

We believe after we put out the information on an informant that this campaign of harassment started taking place, as we are true Klansman and Aryans that are working for the future of our own kind.

We of the IKA took a special notice of the near record breaking date of just six days to appear before the Grand Jury! How smug of the federals to have our members appear on April 20th, 1999, the birthday of Adolph Hitler.

Now that we have gone to the media over this, they have stopped the open harassment, but what are they doing now? The FBI (ZOG's tool), are still around, but claim it is over. Should we believe it is over? NO! They have spent much money and have gotten our membership list, so now what are they doing?

We the members of the IKA believe that they want to put us out of business. We also believe they want the Imperial Wizard Mr. Ron Edwards and others behind bars as we have told many that would know nothing of what this government has and is still doing to our race and to other countries.

Brothers and Sisters, this could be you next - just for what you believe in, not for what you have done, as we have done nothing wrong. Our Government is getting ready for the "NEW WORLD ORDER", and they want names and addresses of people who don't believe in the "NEW WORLD ORDER". I say to you, be careful as you may be the next one on ZOG's list. We must stand up to the Federal Government, not by Arms, but by speech, and standing together is one of the best ways to do this. We must put our Kinsman in office. We must inform our Race to the dangers that face us. We must teach our children just who is the enemy of our Race, Faith and our Nation!

Don't let them run you from a rally or a gathering as they did to many that were going to come to ours. We still had a good showing here. We must not run, but show them that if they mess with one, they mess with all.

The IKA is still under the SURVEILLANCE of ZOG, but we have not run and we will not run. We will stand today, tomorrow and forever for Christ, Race and Nation.

The Lord does not want traitors, the Lord will be with the true. He is with us. The Imperial Klans of America is not going away. We will be here tomorrow for the future of our children born and yet unborn.

No matter what the ENEMY of our race, faith and nation may do to you or I, should we turn our backs on Christ? Should we turn our backs on our children? Should we turn our backs on each other? Should we turn our backs on our Christian Nation? HELL NO! We must stand and show them that no matter what they do to us that we are not going away. I say to you that our Faith, Folk, and Nation needs each and every one of us. I say stand tall, proud as the true Aryans that we are.

My Brothers and Sisters, we have withstood the hit of ZOG, now whom will be next? Never keep your membership on hand, as we only had it here because of our Imperial Board Meetings.

We have gone to the ACLU, and we plan to try and sue the government over our membership list and the other lists of names who have just written in for information packets. They have said that they didn't copy them down - yes, right. I believe that one as well!

We will keep you up to date on all of this as it happens. Remember that the true will not run. Remember that the true will stand tall and proud, and show them that we are not going away.

We should hear from the ACLU within the next 4 to 6 weeks. I hope and pray that we will put the government on notice that our organization will NOT STAND for this ILLEGAL ACT, and that they will not be able to do this to any other organization as well.

If you or I were in a non-white organization, we would have lawyers falling all over themselves to help us, but since we are Pro-Christian, Pro-White and stand for our Nation, we only have each other to count on.

We still have to wait to see if the Justice Department (FBI) is going to try and bring up some other kind of FALSE CHARGES against us.

We have won the first round and it was with the LORDS HELP, as we have not done any thing wrong.

The FBI knew we haven't done any thing wrong. I had 6 weapons in my home with about 1,250 rounds. Not one was taken from me. Why? Because all they wanted was our membership list, the contacts that we have from different organizations, and people who have just written in for information. Did they need these names so that when we go into a "STATE of EMERGENCY" that they may be able to round these people up????

This is what I think they did this for. We are not going to stop having our get-togethers and gatherings. Our next gathering will be Oct. 2nd, 1999 at the same place in Kentucky as the last one.
